"Good stay here. Special shoutout to the 3-11pm front desk gentleman. Always cheerful, always polite. Attitude was great. Gainesville can be relatively expensive after college lets out but if the staff is friendly, it can make a difference in how you feel about the stay. All good from our end."

"The room has a tile floor that was so nasty and dirty that you couldn’t walk around without your shoes. The shower leaked water when used that the mat was soaked. The lamp between the beds stopped working. I brought the shower and lamp issues to the front desk. The light bulbs were changed and new towels were put in the bathroom. Lights worked. Shower still made a huge puddle. And if ask of this isn’t enough it rained and there was a huge puddle in the corridor. That means mold and other germs plus the horrible smell. Note in to the so called free breakfast. The limited choices were cereal or waffles and coffee or tea. That’s it. The positives were the pool was nice and cool and the staff was friendly. However the pool and staff don’t make up for all the negativity."
