The cozy holiday apartment "Schlern" is located on a picturesque South Tyrolean farm near Steinegg in the Eisack Valley – an ideal place for those seeking relaxation, active vacationers, and families. The 45 m² apartment on the second floor accommodates up to 4 people. It features a living kitchen with a sofa bed for two, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.



From the balcony, you enjoy an impressive view of the Dolomites and the surroundings – the perfect spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset over the Rosengarten.



A special highlight of this accommodation is the cozy outdoor sauna on the terrace with panoramic views, available to all guests. Whether after a hike, a day of skiing, or simply to relax – here you can recharge and end your day in a soothing way. The combination of fresh mountain air and pleasant warmth makes your stay unforgettable.

Unforgettable place and time.

Such a lovely hard working couple and family. Amazing wood working and detail inside and out. We were on top of the world literally. One morning a complete rainbow over the valley and the mountaintops had a fresh dusting of snow. Good restaurants nearby and plenty of fresh farm good to choose from if you like. Highly recommend this out of the way place.

Super Lage mit einem unfassbaren Blick auf den Rosengarten & Schlern

Pros: Sogar von der Sauna aus kann man den super Blick auf den im Sonnenuntergang farblich wechselnden Rosengarten und Schlern werfen. Die Lage ist super und mit der im Preis enthaltenen Busfahrkarte kann man problemlos überall hin mit dem Bus fahren. Die Gastfreundschaft war super und man konnte sogar Brötchen, Croissant und Eier fürs Frühstück bestellen. Getränke wurden auch ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!!
