Rosengarten Apartment with Sauna – Farm Holiday in Steinegg-Karneid-Eggental-South Tyrol

The 75 m² “Rosengarten” apartment is located on the idyllic Heiglerhof, an active dairy farm just 4.5 km from Steinegg (Cornedo all’Isarco). Perfect for families and couples seeking a relaxing farm holiday. Cows, calves, chickens, and cats create an authentic experience. Situated on the second floor, the apartment accommodates up to 6 guests with two double bedrooms, one featuring an extra sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, moka pot, and kettle. Dish soap, tea towels, hand soap in the bathroom, and toilet paper are provided. From the balcony, enjoy views of the Rosengarten, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites.



A bread delivery service with fresh croissants, rolls, farm-fresh milk, eggs, and jam is available on request for an extra charge. The private outdoor sauna on the terrace with panoramic views is open daily until 9:30 pm. Wi-Fi, baby cot, children’s bed, and high chair are included. Bed linen and towels are provided; mid-stay changes are available for an extra fee. The shared outdoor area offers a sunbathing lawn, garden, barbecue area, terrace, playground, and open bike storage. A washing machine on the ground floor can be used for an extra fee.



The surrounding area offers many hiking trails, e-bike routes, and climbing spots. In winter, the ski resorts Carezza, Obereggen, and Seiser Alm are 25–30 minutes away. Steinegg has two small grocery stores for daily needs. Bolzano is about 30 minutes by car. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away. Arrival by car is recommended. Pets are not allowed.

Wir können den Heigler Hof sehr empfehlen. Wir haben dort ein paar tolle Tage verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist super und war tadellos sauber. Sehr genossen haben wir die gemütliche Sauna, für die Kinder waren die kleinen Katzen natürlich ein Highlight

Die Wohnung Rosengarten ist perfekt ausgestattet, durch den Brötchenservice, sowie Eier und Milch von den Gastgebern direkt war alles bestens! Wir haben fast immer die Busverbindung genutzt, um nach Bozen oder zu anderen Ausflugszielen zu kommen..sehr angenehm. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Super nette Gastgeberin. Der Heiglerhof wird von einer wunderschönen Kulisse umfasst . Die Wohnung enthält alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht .
