"3 nights in Palermos old center. A bit loud at night but that was to be expected. Host was very helpful to me with my lost luggage. No hot water when we arrived. Host was quick to respond and had it fixed within an hour. Apartment was lovely, however it was advertised as a 3 bedroom when it was only 2. The third bed was a fold out couch in the living room."

"The bungalow was perfect for a short stay. We were meeting family in Palermo but didn’t want to stay close to the city center. Would have been nice for a relaxing weekend as the property is literally on the edge of the sand/sea. Communication with the owners via Whatsapp was easy. They left clear instructions for mostly everything. I would suggest simplifying the garbage instructions however as those were a little confusing and providing paper towels. All in all 10 out of 10. "The apartment was very clean and right on the water. It was truly beautiful. When we booked this apartment was not available, but we stayed in another spot in the same property. It was just as nice, though I question if it was a little smaller. The manager of the apartment was very kind and very attentive. Gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. The area of beach next to the apartment is beautiful, but the general location (outside of the apartment complex) is somewhat dirty....

"Fulvio was the kindest person and best host anyone could ask for!! The second day of our stay there, I had a minor injury (which was my own fault), it wasn’t serious but I thought it still would be safer to go to the hospital since I will be traveling for a while. We were originally planning on going to the clinic ourselves, but Fulvio said he will take us to the hospital because how the public hospital system was set up, we could be waiting there for the whole day without been seen by a doctor...

"Franco was extremely helpful. He not only made sure someone was available to get us right in, but he arranged for parking for our rental car as well. We could not have asked for a better location. It is right off the Main Street with plenty of restaurants and stores easily in walking distance. It was extremely easy to get to the sights without long walks or taking taxis. "We throughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and historic home. The rain prevented us from site seeing mostly so we were cozy in our home and gardens. Giovanni was great! He picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the train station when we left. He was always responsive when we had questions. 5 star for Giovanni and Sylvia. "There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
