Beautiful Private House situated on its own grounds surrounded by trees. 10 minute drive to the city centre. Located very close to Blarney Castle also. Overall this was a great place to stay. The entrance to the property is slightly difficult to navigate and the hot water does not heat the upstairs showers, but other than that it was clean, comfortable and safe.

Quick Stay in Cork

We had a quick stay here during our honeymoon. The location was perfect for when we went to the St Patrick’s Day Parade, only 10 minute drive! The house was the perfect size and provided all the amenities we needed. After staying in multiple hotels, it was nice to have a whole house to utilize, even if just for a short period. The check in/check out process was an absolute breeze!

This house is in a very quiet neighborhood just outside of Cork. It had all the amenities that we needed and was a quieter alternative to staying in the city. Just a quick drive to both the city center and to Blarney Castle.

Cork Visit

Very nice, clean home. Located close to downtown Cork and Blarney Castle. Very easy access to all of southern Ireland. Jeremy the owner was very responsive to all requests. We had a very enjoyable time there. There is a Lidl store close by that has good parking so you don't have to go into Cork. There is also a gas station close by that has all minimum essentials.

Exploring the area

Nice location to explore the Cork area, easy drive to downtown. Tough driveway to get in and out of, although that's not unusual at many places we've stayed in Ireland :-) Derated one star on the 'cleanliness' rating not due to that but because there was no hairdryer which we've been used to having at other Vrbos we've stayed at, as we couldn't use our US one and didn't bring it with us.

The only two improvements that I would suggest would be 1) a cutting board and 2) new pillows. The ones that were there were very flat.
