This enchanting villa features a fabulous pool located directly in front, along with an outdoor kitchen, complete with BBQ and dining facilities housed in a separate building that can be fully enclosed when needed. The garden provides partial sea views, while both the living room balcony and upper floor balconies offer spectacular panoramic views of the glistening sea, making it the perfect spot to enjoy spellbinding sunsets.

Guests enter the villa via a few steps leading up to the main entrance, which opens into a spacious hallway giving access to a generous living room. The living space is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring plush sofas, a Smart TV, and full air conditioning. Patio doors lead out to a furnished balcony that overlooks the pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The fully equipped kitchen, with all modern appliances, also includes an indoor dining area. The main floor offers two elegantly appointed air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.
