Floor: 2 bedrooms. There is an additional 2 bedrooms in the attic which
is accessed by an internal staircase.

The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player and
Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Eleanna has 5 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom

Additional Information

1: All the twin beds can be joined and used as double beds.
2: The capacity of the villa is 14 PAX, however, there is an additional
studio with a separate entrance that can be rented on request.
3. Pool Heating: If you require pool heating, there is a charge of 35
Euros per day. Please contact BeachVillas at least one day before
arrival to arrange this.
4. The hot tub is on request, 10 Euros per day (the minimum is at least
three nights) and it is on a timer. It comes on from 7.30h to 11.30h
and again from 19.30h to 23.30h.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
