Spectacular two-bedroom villa near Agni beach

Villa Amfiliki is situated in a lovely area surrounded by olive trees and greenery, 750 meters from the lovely Agni beach. The house is ideal for those who want to be close to one of the most beautiful and well-known beaches on the island while remaining secluded all due to its expansive outdoor space and tranquilly.
The external staircase from the private parking leads to a lovely and spacious yard with olive trees and greenery.  
The lovely gazebo with the table where the family can gather and have their meal is situated in such a way that there is always a pleasant breeze. Right next to it there is the house's swimming pool, with sunbeds and a wooden deck.  
The pool is right next to the stone-built house by the central entrance.
The central door leads into a large living room with a sofa and a smart TV, as well as a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. 
There are another two bedrooms in the villa, each with a double bed and air conditioning system. The first balcony door leads to the central courtyard, while the second leads to a Juliet balcony. The family bathroom with shower is located right next to the living room.

Tolles gepflegtes Haus mit Super Betreuung

Großartig,sehr ruhig trotz einiger Neubauten in der Nähe.Leider könnten wir aufgrund der vielen Moskitos,was an der Reisezeit Anfang Oktober lag,den Außenbereich abends nicht mehr nutzen.Auto zwingend erforderlich.
