The Villa benefits from a King Size bed upstairs main room and downstairs 2 Single beds in second room Both Very well Presented with 1 shower room upstairs and a Vanity room Toilet and Sink downstairs,
The Kitchen is Fully equipped to a high standard The Living room has large flat-screen TV Sports and Movie channels, DVD, and a varied selection of DVD Movies also books and games Free Wifi throughout the Property
Our Housekeeping Service requires 3 Hours Vacant Property to keep up the Standard of Cleaning Required by Greek Law (EOT) the times are at your Convenience.
We have a 7mtr private pool, not over looked a Very Private Area Nestled at the foot of Imerolia Hills, 2 Min's walk to the first beach and the Imerolia Fish Taverna The Villa benefits from Large verandas and sun terrace suitable for outside dining with both Sun or Shade if required there are Twin carports and All windows and balcony doors fully mosquito screened.
Outside there are well maintained gardens. With a large Brick built chimney BBQ Great for outdoor cooking with a covered 4 seated Table for outside Dining with solar ceiling Fan
Lots of Private areas for that chill-out time both Shaded and Full Sun around the pool 4 sunbeds and Upstairs Sun Deck 4 sunbeds
