It's a fantastic villa. Everything is modern, clean and high quality. The pool is great, approx 1.5m deep by 8.5 long. The outside space is generous, and a lovely place to be - watching the swallows dive to drink from the pool and the butterflies and hummingbird hawk moths on the flowers. Kitchen is well appointed, good knives, plenty of pans, hob, oven and combi oven, plus a BBQ outside. There is space to eat inside and out and a terrace with a hammock. It is very private, not overlooked at all. The beach 2 min walk away is OK, rocky where you arrive but walk 100m right to a small sandy area. We tended to go down for a swim and come back again rather than stay on the beach. Water is shallow for a long way out. Sea usually calm but on windy days there are some waves which the kids enjoyed. There's not much to see when snorkelling. We found good snorkelling in Porto timoni and Kassiopi. In Roda there are tavernas with sunbeds. You can walk from the Villa to Gregory's fish taverna which was picturesque and good. It takes 20-25 mins to walk there - dont follow google's long route, go along the beach from Angela beach appts, past 3 brothers (which was closed when we were there). You can rent boats or go on organised tours from Roda or the little shop near Angela's. There are small coves to see and stop at for swimming. It's a great villa in a quiet area with the essentials in walking distance, and easy access by car to loads of beaches, towns and walks (eg mt Pantokrator).
