Probably some of the best quality food we have experienced at an All Inclusive. The staff are all very kind, great service, and a wonderful location with stunning views. Our only 'complain' was that the bed wasn't made properly through our entire stay. The bed looked messy every single day.

Lovely hotel and décor, we had an excellent size room and slept very well, food was good but very repetitive, I do think the a la carte restaurants could have been better... Staff were very attentive and friendly! The main pool could do with tidying up a little, there is some maintenance required and it could have been cleaner... there was sometimes lack of seating (evening entertainment area particularly and Sugar Reef bar ) and pool sides (loungers) when busy. The view and setting is lovely, hotel is in Gouvia town and there's a selection of restaurants and bars and gift shops if you want to leave the hotel. There is a small shop in the hotel as well as an excursions desk who were helpful also. overall, great stay!

Wonderful stay

Fantastic staff, easy access to a small beach area, no issue with sun loungers around the pools, lots to choose from although unfortunately the pools were very cold this time of year. The family suite had great sized rooms/bathrooms & very comfortable.

We visited the resort to celebrate my mother’s milestone birthday. We had an amazing time thanks to the staff who went out of their way to arrange a whole birthday cake, candle and singing with our first evening meal which made her feel very special. The entire team deserves a special mention, in particular the housekeeping team who always left our room looking immaculate with a smile on their faces. For a resort that is classed as 5 star I think that it is really more a 4 star resort but it is due to the exceptional service of the staff that I’m giving a full 5 star rating.

Great all inclusive resort

Great hotel and great stay. Always able to find spots at pool and beach. Food was pretty good. Free drinks were incredible, huge selection! Staff is very helpful and attentive! Pool is a bit cold but other than that, highly recommend. Nightly entertainment was also great!

The rooms were pretty quiet and you couldn't hear other rooms or entertainment! only sound was in the morning when people/children were passing the doors. Food was good. We had a great holiday as a mum and three kids (teens).

Fabulous hotel. Great staff who work so hard, are friendly and so helpful. Setting and views from hotel are stunning. Excellent food in main and a la carte restaurants. Drinks are all branded and cocktails amazing. Only thing missing for us were tennis courts and water slides but that's just in an ideal world. We will definitely return and highly recommend.
