The owner was kind and accomodating. The hotel amenities are simple. There are plenty of supermarkets and good dining options nearby. The beach nearby is very nice. I’d recommend this place if you want a quiet beach holiday.

Beautiful, clean and very nice and supportive host

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was nice. Amalia was amazing. She was friendly and very supportive. The location is good, only 2 minutes mins walk to the village taverna and 3 mins walk to a supermarket. All rooms had AC. Nice swimming pool. Only 8 mins walk to the beach. We would highly recommend

First impression was really good, helpful staff, nice pool. The room was basic, but had a nice balcony with view For first two nights it was quiet but then other guests arrived and it was then there was noise till 2am. Lots of banging doors, shouting and I didn't sleep well at all for the rest of my break. It was a shame as the outside, the pool and views were lovely

Loved the area room was basic with amazing views of the sea, staff were lovely and helpful and lots of tavernas nearby for eating out. Downside was property was at the top of a very steep hill so was a challenge on the way up. Shops were good and beach was lovely 10 mins walk.

It was our second stay. Everything was good. Except 3 issues. There should be more cups etc. In the kitchen available. Second issue is wifi that most of the time is very poor or doesn't work at all and it needs some upgrade. And 3rd we decided not to use swimming pool this time, because it becomes basically public swimming pool. Entire neighborhood and people who doesn't stay at Avra coming to use the pool and when we arrived dog was swimming in the pool. It was quite discouraging to use the swimming pool even though the kids would love to use it. Otherwise Everything was good and Amalia was very helpful.

Dejligt lille hotel med super god atmosfære

Vi havde et skønt ophold på hotellet. Det er et simpelt indrettet hotel, men stadig er der hvad du har brug for. Dejligt udsigt over havet. Super sød værtinde. Et godt hotel til prisen til dem, der synes at charme er vigtigere end luksus.

Vi blev positivt överraskade av hotellet, läget i Gamla stan var jättemysigt, poolen fräsch och djup. Trevligt bemötande och vi fick bra restips. AC i alla rum. Lugnt o mysigt. Enkel köksutrustning men det funkade ändå med matlagning i 3-rums lägenheten.

Super fint ophold, ligger små 5 minutter væk fra supermarkeder, busstoppested, souvenirbutikker og kort gåafstand til stranden. Køkkenet er en smule begrænset (kun 2 varmeplader, og ingen ovn) lækker lille altan, med plads til to personer.

Lugn och genomgrekisk miljö

Stilla och lugnt uppe på en kulle. Nära till tavernor med bra grekisk mat. 3 rätters med vin för 200 kr per person. Mkt serviceinriktade ägare som gör allt för sina gäster. En fin utsikt över havet från polen och vissa balkonger. Nära till livsmedelsbutik och havet är 5 min promenad där det finns beach restaurangen öppet på dagen så som kvällen. Moraitika och hotellet kommer jag absolut tillbaka till.

Wir hatten schöne Tage dort. Die Unterkunft ist einfach aber für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Mit dem Auto ist die Fahrt zur Unterkunft eine Herausforderung, die Straße ist teilweise sehr schmal.

Hotell med underbart läge i Moraitikas gamla by.

Vi har besökt Moraitika och Hotellet tidigare, detta var sjätte gången på 15 år. Oavsett ägare har vi alltid trivts i Moraitikas gammla byn och Konstandis eller som nu AVRA Paradice som det heter nu. Den som gillar gammal grekisk stil med trånga gränder och underbar vy från Hotellets balkong är man gjort rätt val.
