A good place to stay!

Very clean and good place to stay! We had no problem att all, went for the all inclusive and had free drinks and beers all day and also food. To bad there was not so much snacks in the poolbar! Would love some snacks. When it comes to the food like breakfast and dinner, it was mediocre. It was okay, but if you want more tasty food I recommend to find something outside the hotel to eat at least the dinner for the night. Exempt from that very nice hotel and friendly staff!

Not worth it's prize - at all

The hotel manager is amazing, he is a 5 star manager. But his staff is not. The cleaning staff was terrible and made our stay alot worse then we could expect from a 4 star hotel. Our room wasn't clean when we checked in, some days they didn't clean at all and when they did it still looked messy and dirty most of the time. Toiletseat was completly broken, buds in the bathroom and a AC that sounded like there was a storm outside - every day. The food wasn't really good either, but that is not the hotels fault (we visited another hotel in the same chain that had the exact same food). I feel truly bad for the manager, because he was GREAT. But stay clear of this hotel, it's not even close to worth what you have to pay to stay there..

Le fait qu'il soit pas loin (en quad ou voiture) des plus belles plages de l'île, l'accès 5 minutes à pied du canal d'Amour. hôtel calme et agréable . Manque de personnel d'accueil parlant en Français (seul le directeur parle le Français)

Mi è piaciuto l'impegno di ogni addetto, dal Direttore fino al cameriere che cercavano in tutti i modi di farci capire che desideravano renderci una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della piena soddisfazione! Non mi sono piaciuti i giudizi negativi!!! (non venite in questo Resort, non siete i benvenuti!!!) Rapporto qualità e costo incredibile, camera spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort, cibo ottimo, intrattenimento più che soddisfacente, piscine ben tenute e ambiente veramente incantevole! CERTO, ci sono delle piccole mancanze ma per quello che si paga e per quanto offrono un occhio si può pur chiudere! NON E' COLPA LORO se nelle vicinanze scorre un torrente che col caldo evapora e, soprattutto nei mesi molto caldi, emana un odore sgradevole, COMUNQUE NON NOCIVO ALLA SALUTE! Perlomeno non ho visto spazzatura in gito per l'Isola, non come in alcune parti dell'Italia dovei turisti devono convivere tra una cultura invidiabile e immondizia da volta stomaco!!!. Consiglio a tutti questo Resort.

Over de loop van 12 dagen, drie 4* hotels geboekt op Corfu. Amour was helaas het slechtste van de drie. Goede punten; airco op kamer en het zwembad aan de kamer (zo geboekt). Personeel was vriendelijk. Negatieve punten; het eten was niet goed, denk aan een slechte all-in, dit was nog iets eronder. Enkele keren buiten gaan eten om het eten van het hotel te omzeilen. Zelfs de cornflakes lijken 15d oud. Al het eten ligt ook in de zon en de warmte, er is namelijk geen airco voorzien en de koude platen … tjah. Netheid was ook zeer slecht. Bij aankomst was de kamer ‘klaar’, maar niet proper. Haar van de vorige klanten, stof, vuil, plastic op de grond, tampons van vorige klanten nog aanwezig, … . Het hotel is eigenlijk nergens proper. De fitness is ook iets speciaals, een van de vuilste ruimtes op Corfu, volgens mij. Ondanks het personeel vriendelijk is, zijn ze totaal biet goed in hun job. Iedereen doet maar wat en iedereen doet ook alles. Receptioniste, zal tafels afruimen, zal de bar doen en zelfs eten naast gasten. Maar vriendelijke mensen die wel hun best doen, gewoon zonder opleiding. Helaas hadden wij een mooie kamer geboekt, maar zijn de muren van papier waardoor je alles van de medegasten kan horen en ook van de straat. Van zodra de zon ondergaat is er gigantisch veel lawaai van de straat, het lijkt wel een racebaan. Overdag is dit nochtans OK. Hoe dan ook, dit was vooral voor de kamers langs de straatkant. Hopelijk komt er verbetering.
