I truly enjoyed my stay - from staff to amenities . I want to come back! Please note that it is a small town so finding lots of restaurants open late will be hard and using Uber to go to the airport (or anywhere) will be nearly impossible. Ask front desk for planning and assistance with this.

Great for ski-in-out. Decent size room, robes,etc. Room lacked adequate lighting and had NO mirrors except the dark bathroom. Breakfast was good but items in the buffet were not replenished. The head waiter was too prominent in constantly berating his staff. One night we told there were no tables when obviously there were plenty. Shower had good water pressure and ample room.

What made our experience truly outstanding was the hotel staff. We stay at similar hotels often, but these professionals were by far the best we’ve encountered. They responded to our emails within 30 minutes and went out of their way to fulfill every request. “No” simply isn’t in their vocabulary. They organized a number of special tours for us and ensured everything ran flawlessly. Thanks to their dedication, we had one of the most memorable vacations of our lives.
