Set in a stylish newly built residence with only 8 high-quality apartments, the property offers access to an exceptional communal pool (open from April 1st to November 1st) and private on-site parking.

Upon entering, a hallway leads to the different rooms. On the left is the first bedroom, featuring a single bed (105 x 190 cm), built-in wardrobe, and access to the first private terrace, furnished with outdoor seating. Next to this bedroom is a full bathroom with shower.

The hallway opens up to a spacious and bright living-dining room with a sofa bed (150 x 200 cm), Smart TV, coffee table, and a dining table for 4. From the living room, you can access the second private terrace, which overlooks the communal pool and is furnished for outdoor relaxation. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

The master bedroom, accessible from the living room, includes a double bed (150 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobe, and direct access to the first terrace.

Located in Córdoba’s prestigious Arruzafa residential area, the apartment is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and leisure options. The historic center is just 2 km away and easily reachable by public transport, with a bus stop located nearby.
