No me dieron la habitacion doble room que contrate demoraron en el check in no tenian mi reserva siendo que previamente sin hacer falta hable antes al hotel nunca habia nadie en recepcion y cuando volvi a la noche a guardar el auto no habia mas lugar lo tuve qie dejar en la calle y tuve que esperar para desayunar porque no tenian lugar

El personal no tenían buena predisposición para la atención ante algún reclamo como ser... No anda el agua caliente, control remoto roto, en toda la habitación funcionaba un solo enchufe, dejaban maquinas y herramientas TODO el tiempo en la rampa de ingreso del auto, etc.
