The lift was not working and no one bothered to make it correct for that we had to walk around all the way to the other lift.
Staff was not cooperative in any manner. They knocked on my door on Sunday morning to just know about the cleaning service requirement and tried to come inside without permission.
Asked for food to be delivered in my room for my mom but they denied for that too.

I stayed at Riu Palace for three days and four nights to celebrate my birthday, and it was truly a magical experience from beginning to end. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the relaxing spa services and the beautiful birthday celebration at the steakhouse, every detail felt special. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. As my first solo birthday trip, it exceeded my expectations and made me feel celebrated, cared for, and completely at ease. I would absolutely return.

I didn't care for the dark room, so bring a make-up mirror for that and there is only 1 outlet in the bathroom, don't bring heels as I saw plenty ...
