"The rooms were nice and the property itself was well maintained. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and the very large outdoor hot tub, both were great amenities and a highlight of our stay. However, the staff interaction was a bit unusual. About 10 minutes before the posted checkout time, the front desk called our room to remind us that it was time to leave. I’ve never experienced that at any other place I’ve stayed, especially when I was still within the official checkout window. If earlier departures are preferred, it might make more sense to adjust the checkout time accordingly. Overall, it was a nice stay, but that experience felt unnecessary and slightly off-putting."

"We were so thoroughly impressed with this stay! This is the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in quite some time. Every single staff member was so polite and kind! The pool area was gorgeous! And they were so apologetic about the hot tub being down. They had fresh baked cookies and cocoa for our girls. And the breakfast was 10/10! This stay was amazing! "
