The location is great for those who want to be situated outside of the hustle and bustle of some of the busy beach areas, with ease of access to most other locations throughout the island in 20 minutes or less. "Probably the best villa rental in Saint-Maritn. Spacious and well appointed two story, 3 bedroom home. Comfortable funiture and beds inside and a huge patio outside. The view is shocking. Unobstructed 180 degree panorama with St Barths to the east and hills and Anguilla to the West. Oyster pond is at your feet. Great location in a quiet, upscale and secure neigborhhood. All involved in the management of the property were friendly and professional. My wife and I had a lovely time and will certainly be back. This is a multimillion dollar home and is a great deal for the money. Scott"

"There are two restaurants on the property. We ate at each one at least once during our stay. The food was good, but I enjoyed going out and dining at the local restaurants. The bed was so comfortable. When we finally laid down in the evening we got some good rest. The staff were friendly and attentive."

"The property is spectacular. Sitting up high on the hill/mountain-side with a perfect unobstructed view overlooking the Dawn Beach bay and the mountains of St. Bart centered on the horizon. The house was perfect for us - we were 4 adults and 7 kids and perfectly fit Villa Movina's 2 living spaces and 6 bedrooms rooms that could each be master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (plus multiple additional powder rooms and an additional full bathroom in the gym), and some with outdoor showers, jet hot tubs, etc. Many beautiful places to sit for a cup of coffee or glass of wine and enjoy the views. A standalone gym that was used most days. And two pools surrounded by chase lounges. The decor of the house is so nice we took photographs before leaving to come home with ideas. The owner of the house, John, and his team are among the most responsive people I have ever met, offering myriad ideas of things to do, help with ideas for our complicated travel schedule among islands, and organizing layout changes to the house such as converting a couple king beds to dual twin beds for the kids. With the height and view comes a steep hike! Rental car highly recommended/required. The island has so much to offer you will want it to get around anyway. That said, we did walk all the way down the hill to the beach and hotel properties and back up on several occasions - definitely doable, but it's a legit workout.We would definitely return, and miss the house and the island already"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The home lived up to its pictures and then some. It was clear that the owners did some significant improvements that appeared relatively recent, so much of the home had a really new look and feel to it (master bedroom/bath, guest bedrooms, tile work throughout, new washer/dryer, a/c). Kitchen was large and spacious, back porch was nice to grill out and the front covered porch had an amazing view on to the ocean. Oh, and then there was the pool… the real gem of the property. It was large and recently renovated pool with amazing view of the ocean. The pool deck was recently replaced with travertine stone. Grounds and the private driveway were nicely manicured. Close to everything. Very close to the JW Marriott resort as well, great spot for a drink during peak season. Hosts were very responsive and welcoming! If we go back to St. Martin we’d definitely stay again. "
