"The hill pool was great. The Margaritaville restaurant was the only choice other than coffee shop on property and it was devoid of local options. The menu is great for US but not why I came to St. Thomas. There were some fantastic local food at Cochi beach that was walkable distance."

The space of the condo was extremely clean, the staff was respectful, quiet environment and peaceful space, the view is impeccable and the location was very convenient to multiple beaches and restaurants. A car rental is a must as Chris informed us. We would happily stay again! "

"This was such a wonderful place to stay. The host was expedient in her responses and the manager B was on top of everything. The place was well stocked and very clean. We would recommend this place. We weren’t able to take full advantage of Margaritaville due to the seaweed smell. It was VERY PUNGENT but there is nothing the resort could do about it. They said July is the season for it. All in all we were very happy with these accommodations and would stay there again. "

The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. That said, the property felt a bit run down considering the price point. Also, Margaritaville next door had a significant seaweed problem during our stay, which caused an unpleasant odor in the area. Overall, the home worked well for our group, but there were a few things that impacted the experience."

"Beautiful villa right next to Sapphire Beach. Doesn’t get much better than this. Adam had everything you need to enjoy your vacation including games for the family, pool floats, snorkeling gear etc. The villa was immaculate and everything looks and feels new and clean. We loved it and can’t wait to book again next year! Huge bonus: Sapphire Beach Resort clears the seaweed daily by 10am so you can swim and enjoy! "
