Location to Cleveland Clinic was great. Receptionist Sunday evening and Monday morning were awesome. Grateful for bathtub but rust in shower around drain was not so great. Wish there was some cutlery and cups in room but to be fair I did not ask. Location to 7-11 good for late arrivals. Bed comfortable!

The room was not up to standards, broken draws no water coming out the pipes, pest control was needed it was just dirty and nasty like the room wasn’t even dusted down before we got in there They changed my room and it was worst

I had to change rooms 3 times to find one that didn’t have an issue (broken toilet seats toilet that didn’t flush) I would have liked a few hand towels and a second washcloth. The reception woman was very accommodating and finally got me to a good room.

Didn’t even stay the night i booked! Ended up driving home from west palm beach to Orlando getting home at 3am! the room floor was sticky , they couldn’t even provide me w my own room key! Couldn’t get back into my room w out having to wait at the front office everytime, the room was dirty others people’s trash still in the cabinets and fridge, the room phone was disconnected. All around an unsafe feeling and not something I would ever spend $152 on. When I called to the front desk they continued to hang up on me.

The room was not clean. The sheets had stains on them. There were little bugs in the room. I chose this motel 6 for the ratings but I don’t know why this place had good rating. The phone did not work, the remote was taped shut and did not work unless close to the tv so what’s the point of a remote. The beds are a single mattress on a metal platform. There were stains on the walls.

Don’t know why the service staff don’t know how to properly clean a tile floor. They just run the mop around. And you have to walk around with your shoes on all the time. Yuck!! And don’t get me started on all the baby cockroaches

Save your money and stay somewhere else. This place was gross. Clumps of black hair on the bed and on the towels. Stained sheets and towels. The floor was disgustingly dirty. We stayed in much cheaper places that were so much better. If they properly cleaned, it may not have been bad but they didn’t

You get what you pay for. It was convenient for me since it was pretty close to things I wanted to do. Other than that, it definitely needs remodel especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bathroom was rusty. I found hairs on my pillows and bed. Luckily for me I always bring my own pillow and bed sheet so it did not bother me. It is perfect for quick trips but definately not for the long run. Front staff were kind into answering any questions and concerns that I had.

We had open the window in order to open the door. The room had a funny smell. The bathroom tub was not clean. They were a lot of mosquitoes In the room. Every now and then we would hear banging, at one point we thought someone was trying to get in to the room. The door dose not close properly from outside.

Don’t do it!
A joke of a hotel. Pillows 1” thick; towels so worn they don’t dry. Kitchenette contained 1 coffee cup and 1 saucepan; no dishes, glasses, silverware, potholders etc. 2 coffee packets but no coffee maker and they couldn’t “find one.” Knob missing to turn on stove burner. Phone to call front desk dead. Plug mechanism for tub removed and laying on tub edge. Trash laying in entrance all day. A facility with potential that isn’t being maintained at all!
