"The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten "

"This place is beautiful!!! The front porch is incredible! So spacious and the view is peaceful. A great space for sipping coffee in the morning. When we walked in we felt right at home!!The decor is tasteful and warm. The space is very well thought out. Every seat in the house gives you a clear view of the beautiful TN countryside. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The air fry capabilities on the microwave were a plus! The fridge has plenty of room and the full-size washer and dryer came...

"This home was beautiful and combined luxury with cabin living beautifully. The house was mostly clean, but there were some cobwebs up high and dishes were not completely clean. Overall, the amenities and comfort were great. We would definitely go back!"
