"Need more options for the menu. Kindly inform the staffs that breakfast is included in the cost. The staff mentioned you can check the menu if you need other options. Guess they are not aware that the breakfast has cost as well and the customer covered that it not gratis."

"We could not stay at Hotel Martin. The room was completely unacceptable. It was dirty, stuffy and sweltering hot. The AC did not work and I have a medical condition which requires me to stay cool. To make matters worse, the door lock on our room also did not work properly and my partner got locked ..."
