Casa Bellaria is an apartment for rent for short stays and vacations in Copertino, in the heart of Salento and just a few kilometers from the beaches of the Ionian Sea. The house offers up to 4 beds.

The apartment is on the second floor and is accessible from the garage door, where parking space is available.

From the garage you enter a hallway where there are stairs leading to the second floor.

A spacious covered veranda with a canopy is furnished with relaxing sofas where you can spend pleasant moments outdoors.

The interior of Casa Bellaria consists of a small kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 full shower room. The two rooms have direct access to the veranda.

Casa Bellaria is located in the town center of Copertino, in a quiet area that makes it easy to walk to the historic center, the beautiful Angevin fortified castle and all the main services.

The nearest beaches are about 15 minutes by car and are those of Sant`Isidoro, Torre Squillace, Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
- Common entrance hallway with the owner.
