"La casa muy bonita, super limpia, muy bien ubicada, recinto seguro. Sin embargo en el anuncio dice que tiene wifi pero en realidad no cuenta con este, por otro lado en ninguna parte del anuncio especifica que se cobra por la electricidad consumida y llegando allá te encuentras con la sorpresa de que te cobran la electricidad que vas a consumir (sería bueno especificar en el anuncio). Desconozco si era la primera vez que alquilaban la casa, pero faltaban cosas básicas como café, sal, aceite,...

"perfect location, walking distance to everything one block from the most delicious gelatery , the front desk people and some waiters speak english which is almost impossible to find in Lecce, they all are so nice and helpful it made our 2 weeks stay so pleasant i recommend this hotel 100% we felt at home"

"This hotel was perfectly situated so we could walk everywhere. We loved how quiet it was at night. The AC was wonderful so wet slept like babies. We lived the free breakfast, it was delicious. The staff was super helpful. We love elevators and the "part be quiet" signs all over te 2 floors where the hotel rooms are. Everything was wonderful."

When you’re traveling with your service pet and you’re constantly being questioned overseas if it’s actually a service pet or if you have a lap dog it becomes anxious making all the time. So, when I walk into a beautiful hotel that welcomes you with a smile and welcomed your pet with a smile it’s such a relief!!! Thank you for the wonderful stay."

"Arrival through beautiful tall wood doors, but have to swing wide to get round them in the car - you can’t see what’s coming until you commit to the turn. Drive lined with lovely terracotta pot lamps which were lit at night, signpost directing you to reception isn’t lit - would be helpful if you arrived at night. Warm welcome by receptionist who also showed us round and to our room. Had booked a mezzanine room which was lovely. Bathroom was on the ground floor, the stairs were quite steep, and hubby’s arthritis was playing up. Also difficult if you need the bathroom during the night as room became very dark. Hubby ended up sleeping in the lounge area for safety for the first night. Spoke to Francesco in reception the next morning and he kindly sourced us a fully ground floor room “we want to keep our guests happy!” The rooms are decorated in keeping with the Moroccan style, but are tired and in need of renovation, particularly the terracotta floor tiles which are badly damaged and gouged and are an accident waiting to happen - also in reception area. Wardrobe was dusty. Pool is large and spacious, surrounded by palms, cleaned each day. Site is open to day guests and it was very hot so can become crowded. Luckily we had sussed out the better sunbed re shade and got there early; beds got, no seating position. Pool towels provided. Pool bar nice. Had lunch in restaurant - nice choice. WiFi poor connectivity. Good location though."
