"The amenities in the home, both inside and outside, were amazing!! The house is fully stock with everything you need and more. The owner truly supplied everything to make the stay comfortable. There was ample space for our big family. Plenty of parking for everyone. The views were spectacular. We enjoyed lots of fishing and grilling. We had an issue with the septic tank being full for one of the restrooms in half of the home. This was the only inconvenience we experienced. Some of our guests left due to this inconvenience. The property manager tried to fix the problem, but it was never fixed. Communication with the property manager was lacking during this situation with the septic tank. However, throughout the rest of the process (both during reservation and during our stay) the property manager was quick to respond. We made the best out of it despite the situation with the septic tank. Overall, we enjoyed this home. It was quite heavenly!! We look forward to returning in the very near future. "

"The house, location was great. The 2nd bedroom-bed was uncomfortable, felt like you were rolling to the center. The living room furniture was not that comfortable. Everything else was great. Loved the kitchen."

"My family of four had a great time in our recent stay. The resort offered everything we wanted for our visit. Before booking, we reached out to the property and spoke with a representative who provided very helpful information on the cottages and the check-in process and pet fee. The day before our trip, we were contacted by Grayson who very apologetically notified us that the pool would be out of commission during the time of our stay and offered us consideration on our fee. We happily accepted because we liked the area and especially wanted to take advantage of the private fishing pier. The bed was comfortable, everything in the bathroom and kitchen worked well and the internet service was helpful to keep the kids occupied too. We will definitely stay there again for a future visit. "

"This place was an absolute dream,truly a little slice of heaven. It’s the perfect family getaway with plenty of space and fantastic amenities. We loved the pool, the convenient outdoor bathroom, and the lighted deck for fishing it was all amazing! The home was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived.Being able to bring our pets made the stay even more special. This is hands down one of my favorite houses in Rockport, and we’re already planning to come back in August. A solid 10 out of 10,highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect family retreat!"
