The take off and landing was very smooth. My compliment to the capitan. One suggestion for improvement is to supply seat cover for the toilet.

Managed right connections well - less than an hour layover and my bag made the onward flight. Cops also board the plane really early so you take off on time.

Second leg- Panama City to tulum - not so good. no inflight entertainment in seats, food poor. Not the airline’s fault, but immigration at Tulum painfully slow.

When checking in ....my water ( unopended was taken from me with no explanation....and all the water I had on the entire trip was two small plastic cups the airline provided with meals .....I had such a headache (dehydrated) and still have mild headache 4 hours later. The only reason I did not argue with them taking water is because I assumed it was readily available during flight. Other than this I had a good flight.

Although our flight departed 30 minutes late, And my connect in time in Panama City reduced to 45 minutes, I was amazed that my checked in baggage switched flights and arrived safe and sound along with myself in Lima Peru a few short hours latter. Big congratulations to COPA baggage handling crew in Panama! Good overall flight experience. Will fly COPA again.
