"Excellent. The attention to detail was amazing. Penny should give a class to VRBO owners on the little things. My only complaint was going to be the pillow that was bigger than what I preferred. Funnily, the next morning, I found skinny pillow (that I liked) and medium pillows in the closet ready to go. So many little extras and attention to detail. Great host."

"When you travel ALL day, show up to your rental late evening (that you've never rented before) - all you want to do is unwind, relax, shower and hit the hay in a clean and comfortable space. Oh, we also had 2 young kids in tow. And that's exactly what we did!!! I cannot recommend this place enough. It was a wonderful space and exactly what we needed for our family of 4. Super clean, quaint, cozy, QUIET neighbors/street, beds comfy, all cookware needed and ample coffee (much appreciated by these 2 parents). We chose this place based on reviews so we feel its important to share ours. THANK YOU April, we hope to stay again the next time we're visiting our family. "

"We stayed 5 nights in this wonderful home. The house is beautiful with 3 bedrooms. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open to one another. Great floor plan. The back yard is on the lake, has a fire pit, and a dock with kayaks. After staying here, I will book all future stays at this home. "

"Michelle was pronto with all communication and so very welcoming having a plate of cookies in a base of roses for a song Valentine’s Day to welcome us. The Ibis often visited along the canal quite visible from the living roomwindows. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the screened in porch. Certainly hope to return."
