Unfortunately, the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned in our room. This made me uneasy for the whole trip. If the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned, what else hasn’t?

I’ve stayed many times and always enjoy my time at the Heritage. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and alway very comfortable.

Nice motel with lovely views of Golf Course.
We had a lovely stay at the Cootamundra Heritage Motel. The room was comfortable and we loved the balcony overlooking the gold course. The room was very clean and well appointed. I was disappointed that the rooms were not serviced, but was told that this was because of COVID-19. The beds were ok, but I have stayed in motels with much more comfortable beds. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We well enjoyed the Cleanliness of the property specially at this critical Covid time. Very friendly and easy check-in and check-out process. The property was at the very silent place without any disturbance. We have went as family and hence the 2 rooms suite, which include Living room and kitchen well accommodated us to spend very relaxing time.

Great views from the balcony.
We booked a King Spa room but were given a Standard room with no chance of moving to the correct room as they were booked out. This was resolved professionally and amicably the next morning. Great customer service in the end. Our room overlooked the golf course and was quiet.
