Open, bright and spacious, the main floor has two bedrooms, a full bath, laundry room, kitchen dining and living areas which take in the views from its soaring windows and sliding glass doors. Just outside the living room is a massive wrap-around deck providing an epic place for your morning coffee and afternoon/evening BBQ's with a view!

The entire upstairs is a large Primary Bedroom loft with its own private bath.

Downstairs in the walk-out basement is a sizable game room/den, with ping pong table, pellet stove, full bath, and a 4th bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. This is a terrific space for the whole family!

You will appreciate the many usable outdoor spaces. Aside from the large deck and lower patio, you may swim in the pond, enjoy bonfires in the fire-pit, and indulge in the many lawn games provided by the homeowner.

The property has AC via two mini split units. There is hi-speed internet and cable TV.

Important Info for Winter Reservations at Twin Ponds:

If you are staying with us during the winter months, as you know, there could be snow. The driveway will be plowed but the circular drive can be steep in some areas. All-wheel drive is recommended, but anyone with good snow tires and front wheel drive should be fine too.
