Little Pines at the Lake - This charming cottage is part of Hyde Bay Colony - an lakefront group of cottages on the northeast shore of beautiful Otsego Lake, (known locally as Glimmerglass). This vacation getaway offers fishing, swimming, paddle sports, boating, and breathtaking lake scenery!!! Little Pines at the LAKE has it all.

Little pines in one of two units for rent, located on the south side is Little Pines at the lake. There is private entrance and a designated parking area for Little Pines. The interior has been recently updated with a contemporary feel while still maintaining the lake cottage charm. The main area is an open layout with the dining area, living room and kitchen. There are large windows lining the front of this space bringing the outdoors in! There is no shortage of lake views and natural light.

The cottage sleeps 4 comfortably, there are 2 twin murphy beds in the living room and a queen bed in the 1 bedroom. A bathroom with a large shower and a laundry area for your convenience.

Twin Pines has a spacious open rear deck, complete with outside dining and a gas grill, this area is shared by Big Pines unit 2. The rear deck is overlooking a large backyard perfect for yard games.

Leave the hectic pace behind as you relax here! Swim in the crystal clear waters of Otsego, build sand castles on the beach, and swap stories around a campfire. Enjoy awesome sunsets over the lake. The fishing is phenomenal! Two fishing poles and two kayaks are included. The extensive dock and all lakefront facilities are shared by all the cottages in Hyde Bay Colony.

You are welcome to bring your own boat - a boat slip is included that will accommodate up to a 21 ft. boat.

Rent both units and SAVE! Both units together are referred to as TWIN Pines at the Lake - each unit has a full kitchen. Big Pines is on the left w/ a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. Little Pines is on the right with a queen bedroom and two twin Murphy beds in the living area. Twin Pines rented as one sleeps 8 - ideal for friends or a family seeking a waterfront getaway, who still wish to have their own space.

The historic Village of Cooperstown, home of the National Baseball Hall of Fame, is just under seven miles from Hyde Bay - a scenic drive along the lake. Cooperstown offers a lot to do and see - including local craft breweries and museums. This family-friendly retreat is under 20 minutes to the Cooperstown Dreams Park. Glimmerglass State park is next door if you are looking to have a large gathering that is the place or enjoy the walking/hiking/biking trails, huge sandy beach with lifeguards and more!
