Nestled below a gentle knoll in the midst of lush green meadows, this 5 bedroom / 4 bath home is just a 5 minute drive to the Cooperstown Dreams Park, and less than 10 minutes to Cooperstown shops and restaurants. It features 2 outside patios for outside dining and relaxing. Enjoy family campfires around the fire pit.

This 5000-square-foot home has a spacious living room with an easy flow from living to kitchen and dining. There is one queen bedroom and one bath on the first floor. The second floor features 4 bedrooms, including a master king bedroom with bath ensuite , a queen bedroom with bath en suite and two more queen bedrooms and a 4th bath off the hallway.

A popular attraction is a large game room with a vaulted ceiling and a full size billiard table for family enjoyment. There is also a Foosball table and a Wii game station in the spacious living room. French doors lead from the living to south facing patio. The well equipped kitchen is a chef's delight - it has a full size refrigerator and a full size freezer. Your host also provides a second 'drinks' refrigerator, off the game room. He supplies the fridge - you supply the drinks!

There is ample room for families to dine - inside or outside. Take time to look at the awesome star-filled night sky - there is an unimpeded view in all directions. A scenic pond is located just off the southern lawn.
