"My room 138, had an intense fragrance. The fragrance was probably to mask old cigarette smoke odor; I was getting random wiffs of cigarette smoke throughout the night. The bed and bathroom were clean. The floor looked clean. The neighboring clients were sketchy acting and I wouldn't say I felt "safe""

"It's an old Victorian mansion converted to a hotel, felt a bit like a B&B. Beautiful old building with a nice parlor that we enjoyed, way more interesting than the usual boring motel/hotel. They have a wine bar downstairs in the afternoons which is fun. Location is great with excellent restaurants, pubs, and bakeries nearby. It's a bit loud outside on weekend nights but we turned on the AC fan and slept great. Our room's carpet was kind of old, maybe it's time to replace it... otherwise everything was clean and the huge elegant bathroom was amazing. Next time I'm in Dayton we'll stay there again!"

"The co do was amazing! Very well decorating, clean, convenient location to our venue and affordable. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some! Our ONLY complaint was the stairs, but it gave us a workout ;-)"
