Nice quite place.

Quiet neighborhood, easy check in. Everything you need if you want to cook or do laundry, A grill and seating area outside. Place was clean, didn't smell weird. No sketchy people lurking around. Would book again.

Comfy and Cozy

Overall, my brother and I have nothing bad to say, literally. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe (Took a walk during the night time, no problems). There are many nearby food options and convenient stores for necessities. Pictures of the place are exactly as it is in the home. The Hosts are very welcoming and accommodating, making sure everything was going great for our short stay. I'd highly recommend for families and for those looking to stay away from the craziness of hotels, apartments, condos, etc. I'm very pleased and so far the best stay I've had personally in the fort Lauderdale/Miami area. 10/10

Flowers, butterflies and lizard

Perry was great. It was nice to be able to speak with him immediately since he lives in the front house. Inside the residence was very comfortable and nicely stocked The area is really nice, with some upscale houses and some properties have livestock. One house had a huge steer in the back yard, another a horse. Perrys' yard has a patio with butterflies and lizard to enjoy while having coffee. It's in a quiet area not far from many parks and businesses. The Everglades and Shark Valley is only an hour away and MIDWAY visitor center has the largest gators I've ever seen.(20 minutes further away) ...nice to be on a boardwalk. We had a fun two weeks

House and Area Very Nice

The rental home was in a safe and nice neighborhood, nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath separated by a very comfortable kitchen, dining and living room area. Beds were comfortable. Lots of restaurants, shopping and things to do and see in the immediate area!

Great accommodations

The Shipps have beautifully located accommadations nestled in a quiet, upscale community. The drive to the beach is reasonable, maybe a little far for those who wish to be at the beach daily. That was not a priority for us. They supplied a generous amount of necessities including infant equipment, toys and games for kids, cleaning supplies, cooking essentials, and bathing products for use during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. With 4 children, we look for a home away from home so we can make our own meals, do laundry, and unwind from the day. This was perfect for our family!

We did not stay and left

We decided to not stay on the property because the master suite and bath smelled like sewage. There was obviously a problem because there were air freshners everywhere. There were no top sheets on the bunk beds, only quilts rolled at the end of the beds. We did not feel comfortable staying on the property and left upon arrival.
