It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer.
It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre.
The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel and definitely not as quiet/sound proof. When people entered the building the door opening and closing was very loud.
They gave me 1 towel for a 4 night and said they'd charge me €5 for a clean towel. So from a hygienic point of view not good at all.
It's a cheap enough accommodation but wouldn't stay again. It did what I needed it to.

"The room was small and dungeon like at the very peak f the building. It required a climb of the equivalent of five stories to get to it. The floor was not clean. There was no hot water even after running the tap for five minutes. The room was hot no A/C which was understandable, but no operational ..."
