Our cabin was clean and beds comfy. the WIFI did not always work, but restaurants and the Welcome center let us use theirs. Eating places are adorable and friendly. Very good spot for going into Yellowstone on the NE end.TV in one of 2 rooms and you had to use streaming...not our skill set. Each cabin is just one room. Bathrooms nice.
The cabin is charming and super convenient to the Lamar Valley if you are coming for wildlife watching. We really loved staying there and will definitely return in the future. The host is also very nice and responsive.
Great place to stay if visiting Yellowstone or Cooke city! Plenty of sleeping room for our family of 7. Has everything we needed. Having two bathrooms with showers was extremely helpful. Thank you!
Cabins were great! One thing I didn’t realize was that there is no cell service in town. I used the gas station WiFi to find my check-in info. Download and save the check-in info to make it easier. The Beartooth Hwy. is awesome!
This was a family trip with my husband, son and wife, daughter and boyfriend. The two separate bedrooms with kitchen in the middle and having two separate bathrooms was a great set up for our family. The units were clean and beds were comfortable. Our only concern was the exposed wiring but everything worked fine. Enjoyed reading the binder. The location was perfect! We enjoyed the local food and the friendly atmosphere.
As advertised. Rustic but clean and stuff worked as it should. Being older keeping it up to date is of course a challenge so don't expect an outlet on every wall. You might even want to pack an extension cord and 3 prong adapter. Was clean, comfy beds and close to Yellowstone. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
This is a warm and inviting set of cabins. We enjoyed ourselves very much, We used the grill and the fire ring. This is a small town, and this cabin is right in the middle of everything so if you want to be out the woods you will have to go a block in any direction. The cabins are old but well cared for. The beds were comfortable. I would love to go back. My only hesitation is the warn anyone with limitations that my must negotiate a number of steps. There is a big one from the lower cabin into the kitchen and one from the upper cabin from the kitchen. There is a step from the upper cabin down into the bathroom. I am eighty-one and manage just fine, but in the middle of the night that could be a problem. Cook city is charming. It made for a perfect vacation for me and my grandchildren
