It was clean and bed was comfy, location is pretty too, plus convenient parking. WiFi was awful though unable to make calls home or send pictures, coming down to bar area made this a little better, if very slow. Also the shower temperature was tepid.

A great place to end the iconic Beartooth pass ride and begin your Yellowstone journey. Location is key! The entire place is dated but bed was comfortable and bathroom clean with hot water. No hair dryer and no personnel available early in the morning. Coffee, packaged muffins and apples provided.

This was a very interesting property. I liked that it had a restaurant and a bar on site, although we didn't utilize them. This property is in a very small town and you can walk to the area businesses. I liked that it had a souvenir shop across the street. This hotel is only miles from the north entrance of Yellowstone. The property is a little outdated. Although we had a brand new vanity, sink, mirror area. Tacky that the sticker on the mirror had been peeled off the best the they could. It just needed some Goo Be Gone.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice this old lodge was. Yes, you can hear the neighbors but it's a old west lodge with a great bar and restaurant and I'd go back again. I wish they would answer their phone better.

Room was clean. Bed was relatively firm and comfortable. Nice hot shower. Thin walls. So, my earplugs came in handy. No Breakfast on site, but there were several decent options in town. Older property that must have been pretty fancy in its day! Overall, it was a good budget option before we went out backpacking.

Room was very clean and the property had a lot of character. The staff seemed in confident about checking us in and sent us initially to a room that was not ready when we arrived at around 7pm. The room we were given after that was clean and suffient. Internet did not work although we signed in successfully. I realize it is close to the NE entrance of Yellowstone but price was way more than it should have been.

This property is very dated, and run down. Our room was clean for the most part. The hotel could be very charming, but needs some work. Cooke City did not have much to offer in the way of dining or entertainment, but access into the Northeast entrance of Yellowstone National Park was great.

It was perfect for the little town. Huge rooms the bsthroom was very nice. The hotel restaurant was closed for the season. But the minors bar down the road was very good and the coffe shop had great breakfast and lunch.

This is a bare bones cheap stay. The beds were comfy wifi pretty much nonexistent until the desk person let me connect to thw bar wifi. There is no cell service here at all and the wifi only works downstairs. The room had a panel off with wires exposed and some dirty stains on the wall. One woman left while we were there. We only slept here and left at 4:50 am so I don't know about anything else. If needing a cheap place to stay and not needing wifi connection I would stay again because it is close to Lamar Valley.
