  • Enjoy a peaceful stay at this modern, beautifully furnished 3-bedroom 1400 square ft townhome in Historic Conway, near Coastal Carolina University (and 20-25 minutes to the beach [Myrtle and Surfside Beaches]). The home features a large Master bedroom with a queen bed and walk-in closet, a 2nd bedroom with a full bed, and a 3rd bedroom with a twin bed - perfect for a family or small group. Guests can refresh in any of the 2-1/2 bathrooms. The downstairs living area includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (with beautiful quartz counters and new appliances) and a dining area (or sit comfortably at the kitchen counter). The home also has a new basic washer / dryer set. The home has a lovely tree and pond view. This wonderful brand-new townhome provides a serene retreat after a day of exploring. Experience what Conway and the beach have to offer with a stay at this beautiful townhome.
    NOTES: There is parking for 3 vehicles max (including a 1-car garage). There are no outdoor amenities on-site at this time.
