The Space:
This 95-square-meter villa exudes understated charm, with softly plastered walls, light filtered through arched porticos, and flowing draperies. It includes a king-sized bedroom, an open-air double bed niche, and a living room with a sculptural modern fireplace. The home also features two bathrooms and a generously sized kitchen. Outdoors, there are expansive verandas leading to a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, and an entertaining area.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the villa and its outdoor areas, including the swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and private terrace. The dependance (annex) adjacent to the guest house is occasionally occupied by the owner's family to provide additional services or experiences upon guest request.

Located in the fertile Puglian countryside, the villa offers proximity to historical villages such as Castellana Grotte, Conversano, and Putignano. The region boasts rich medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque architecture, and unique attractions like Castellana Grotte’s famous karst cave system, Conversano’s monumental castle, and the labyrinthine streets of Putignano. The nearby Puglian coast, including Monopoli, makes for an excellent day trip.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended to explore the region’s scenic countryside and nearby villages. The villa provides easy access to historical sites, natural reserves, and coastal destinations, allowing guests to immerse themselves in Puglia’s quiet charm and natural beauty.
