"A experiência foi desastrosa. Começou com o problema para entrar no hotel. Não foi reconhecido a minha identidade facial. Falei com a portaria, e depois de algum tempo, consegui convencê-lo e entrei. Na outra porta que dá acesso, o mesmo problema. Só entrei porque um casal quebrou meu galho e permitiu que eu entrasse. Até aí, um stress gerenciável. Deixei as malas no hotel, e fui comer algo no bairro Batel. Na volta, a identidade facial não funcionou novamente. Desta vez, outra garota, e depois...

"This is an excellent location with many things accessible by foot. There is a grocery store very close as well as a tasty bakery just two blocks away. There is a nice balcony and the windows open to allow fresh air.We had a car but no garage controller, but all of the doormen were very friendly and we learned to ask them to watch the camera to open the gate for us to get out.We would stay there again."

SLIM João Bettega

10/10 Excellent

"Ótimo custo benefício. Cafe da manhã muito bom. Só uma reclamação, é que na reserva eu já pedi um berço para bebê e quando cheguei tive que solicitar novamente. Podiam ter deixado montado já, chegamos cansados de viagem e tivemos que esperar o berço ser montado e entregue no quarto."

Hotel Bleev Curitiba Batel

8/10 Good

"The hotel was conveniently located close to Shopping Curitiba (about 7 minute walk) and has several convenience stores and restaurants around. It's about 15-18 minutes walk to Rua 24 hrs. about 20 minutes from Praça Japão. Really recommend Lider the restaurant across the street. The staff was super nice and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of fruits, eggs, bread etc. It is conveniently located and a very nice hotel, truly recommend!"

Nomaa Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The breakfast was perfect - it had both made to order options and a small but varied selection of buffet items - and the restaurant and property overall were beautiful and luxe. The bed is comfortable, the space is clean and modern, and the hotel had wonderful attention to detail. Highly recommended for trips for work or pleasure."

Mercure Curitiba Batel Hotel

8/10 Good

"Nice hotel in a nice, safe location but there are several things that were not as expected, some of which they can try to improve upon. This was based on our 11 day stay. •There is traffic noise if your room faces the street, but there is little or no noise from the corridor or the other rooms. •We were on the fourth floor. One Wednesday morning around 7:15, all the down-going elevators reaching our floor were full. As result my wife, who could not use the stairs, was unable to go down to the ground floor to say goodbye to departing relatives. She waited over 15 minutes without success. •The room could use stronger lighting for reading. •The couch had several large stains, it needs to be dry cleaned or reupholstered. •The paint of the walls could use touch ups. •The breakfast option is only for a buffet breakfast. The hotel should offer breakfast a la carte for people like us that generally have a light breakfast. •The operation of the TV and the various channels is complicated. There should had been instructions in the room. There was a sign in the table to use a QR code to get information about the TV, but when checked it did not contain information regarding how to operate it. We had hotel personnel come twice to our room to help us with the TV, and we got different instructions. •For the five first days our room did not have Kleenex, when I found out that other rooms had it the reception desk provided a box. We had a cold, we needed them. No room for more comments"
