"good"

"Very new hotel with convenient transportation. The staffs were very nice and polite. I lived 4 hotels in this journey, and this one was the best."

"They didn’t believe that the breakfast was included and I had to show them 2 times although it should be updated on their end that it’s included"

"the hotel staff told me they did not receive my reservation and keep denying my entry for three hours! They gave an excuse of their system having issue! So is it my responsibility to fix their system? How ridiculous! I have to contact expedia to resolve this issue. Totally it took around four hours to get me checked in."

"Highly recommended!"
