Enjoy beautiful Lake Conroe in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the gated community of April Sound. It is centrally located off Hwy 105 with easy access to restaurants and shopping. You can enjoy the breath-taking view of the water from the balcony while drinking your coffee or enjoying your favorite beverage. Stairs off the balcony take you right down to the water where you can tie off your boat or jet skis, or just play in the large green space below. Note: The entrance to Condo is is the 2nd floor of the building. You must climb stairs to enter the condo. Long term stays available. Please inquire for price.

Great, private location

Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and our stay was memorable! It was a great, private location with a beautiful view of the lake. The condo was very comfortable and our stay, overall, was very relaxing. Only complaint was we just wished we could’ve stayed longer!

Perfect lake retreat

We stayed here during a weekend at the Baseball Ranch. The condo was clean and very well stocked. Fabulous proximity to the lake where we relaxed on paddle boards after practice. The dogs loved all of the grass! Would definitely stay here again!

Cute place and great hosts!

My husband, three teens and I stayed here for a weekend. The hosts were incredibly welcoming - they had a welcome sign with our names and the kids’ favorite snacks. The place was clean, comfortable, and looked out to the water. The location is very convenient. Definitely recommend!

The condo was great…clean and very welcoming. Our day was very long and stressful. It was so comforting to finally arrive and find our favorite snacks/drinks along with a personalized welcome message. Kelly and her husband are such thoughtful hosts and frequently checked in to see if we needed anything. Due to a medical emergency, we had to unexpectedly stay in the area longer. They quickly offered to extend our stay at their place …no charge. It’s getting harder to find good people in this world. We are so lucky to have rented from two of them. We would definitely stay with them again and highly recommend their “Happy Place”!

Great stay!

Kelly was super accomodating and friendly she even put our names on a welcome frame and prepared some snacks / beverages, the place was very neat and tidy and in close proximity of the lake. the only minor downside was the security at the gate, even though Kelly emailed our check in and check out dates to the security personnel they were still giving us a hard time everytime we tried to get in after initial check in

Amazing Easter weekend

It was so awesome, comfortable and relaxing! The property was extremely clean and well stocked with whatever we needed. The view of the lake is spectacular and picturesque. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels very safe. The beds were super comfortable, which is very important with my bad back. We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back. Happy Christmas

We booked this rental the week of Christmas, as we were relocating due to a job transfer. Due to the timing, this was our first Christmas away from our own home, with no decorations or holiday feel. When we arrived at the rental on Dec. 24th, we found the rental clean and inviting, and just as advertised. And, when we arrived we noticed that the property owners had actually decorated the unit for Christmas, just for us! There was a beautiful tree, and even stockings hung up - with our names on them (even our dog too)!. We were blown away at the incredible kindness and thoughtfulness of the owners. To add to this, we had an issue with hot water in one of the bathrooms, and the owners responded right away and had a plumber come and fix it immediately. In addition to all this, the location was superb, with beautiful lake views right out the back and off the balcony. We will definitely come back for another stay! Thank you very much!

Super Cute/Great Host

We loved our stay at “Our Happy Place”! It was super cute on the inside, and well put together. The host was so easy to communicate and work with, and they added special, personalized details during the stay that we really enjoyed. The beds were super comfortable, there were lots of amenities available to us in the condo, the neighbors were quiet, and access to the water was easy to get to. Lots of room inside and out for our dog to be comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, but if there was one thing I could change it would be a better description of the location of the building and that it’s on the second floor. I might have missed that part when booking, but it is indeed not on the ground, and that it’s not the building located on the pin/address in the Vrbo app. Its not 138 April Point Dr S. It’s 172 April Point Dr S. You still have a good view of the lake, but it’s not the condo that sits on the water. I was a little surprised when we arrived that we weren’t on the water. Loved this cute little happy place!!

This condo was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in we felt like we were home. The host did a great job of welcoming and communicating throughout the weekend. The neighborhood itself was gated so we felt very safe from the start. We were able to dock the boat at the local marina and leave our trailer there for the weekend as we parked our boat there on the water at the Condo for easy access. We will definitely be back soon.
