Needs a little TLC

To start with..The yard when you walk in is a mess, the hot water was barely warm, left over food in the freezer and fridge that needed also to be wiped down, the toilet and tub needs replaced was all orange, there was no toilet paper, no shower curtain, be careful on the rugs they skip so easy.
