"Our favorite hotel stay in Ireland! Friendly helpful staff! Comfy bed and pillows! Our room was decorated so quaint and it was clean and cozy. Loved the robes provided for shower. It was a couple days before my daughter’s birthday and they left her a birthday note with fine chocolates. Would definitely stay here again!!!!! Great hotel! "

"Magnificent castle and hotel. The only castle hotel we stayed in that truly felt like being in an authentic castle. Quite an impressive drive up to be topped off by the dramatic, candlelit, red-carpeted staircase. The claw footed tub in its own turret off of our bedroom was sublime. Not to be missed! From the stain-glassed windows and chapel, oversized paintings, the complimentary cakes and tea, to the manicured castle grounds, excellent breakfast and good dinner in the beautiful dining room...

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was very comfortable. Staff at the reception desk were helpful. The room was spacious with two comfortable bed. It was conveniently located: 20 minutes walk to the city center and 7 minutes walk to Galway Shopping center. It was 10 euros by taxi to the city center bus stop. We had dinner at Gatto Rosso at the Square and coffee at Cafe Nero. We did 2 bus tours: one was to Cliffs of Moher and Burren; the other was to Kylemore Abbey. Both were...

"Hotel is located in a very convenient location close to restaurants/ pubs, shopping and transportation and tourist attractions. A few minutes walk to the Galway coastal area for a nice walk or morning exercise and provides a great view of the city/coast. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and professional. It has a good size, clean room. The breakfast buffet was okay not a lot of options but doable and same food every day. Overall was a good stay and will recommend this place."

"Out of town slightly but easy bus ride in avoided the hassle of finding parking in the city centre. Very popular venue locally - we had to book to get a table for dinner - the food and staff were great. Free parking on site was a bonus."
