Studio 'Clara 1' close to the Sea with Terrace & Wi-Fi

The studio apartment Clara 1 in Conil is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed (suitable for guests up to 12 years of age), a fully-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue.

Pros: Estudio muy bonito y limpio. Buena ubicación fácil para aparcar y Cuenta con todo lo necesario (utensilios de cocina, microondas, bbq) y un patio muy agradable. Mucha tranquilidad y Hemos estado súper bien!☺️
