Nestled in the tranquil landscape outside Conil de la Frontera, the holiday home Casa Carlos is situated on a fenced, 700 m² plot of land with a beautiful pool and terrace. The holiday home exudes a cosy atmosphere and consists of a living/dining room, a large well-equipped kitchen with an additional dining table, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and two with one double bed each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a television. In the generous outdoor area, a large pool lined by sun loungers invites you to a refreshing swim after tanning beneath the afternoon sun. The wide lawn, dotted with shady trees, offers a barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes with fresh ingredients. Enjoy your meal on the covered patio, furnished with a dining area, and admire the peace and quiet of the area. A supermarket and a few local restaurants are within a 10-minute walk from the home. The centre of Conil de la Frontera, with its fantastic selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, is just 5.3 km or a 10-minute drive away. Furthermore, for those longing to relax on soft, white sand, the beach Playa Fuente del Gallo awaits your visit 5.8 km or a 9-minute drive from the property.

Pros: La casa bien. Y la zona exterior muy buena Cons: Por poner un pero. Te venden aire acondicionado y son ventiladores en el techo. Enfrían algo, pero no es lo mismo
