Modern Holiday Home ''Casa Toria'' with Private Pool, Air Conditioning

In southern Spain, Andalusia, in the popular holiday village of Conil de la Frontera, you will find the modern holiday home, Casa Toria.

It is a completely new and modern house with two bedrooms, garden, swimming pool, barbecue and private parking, 6 km away without traffic, from the Blue Flag beaches of Roche and Novo Sancti Petri (La Barrosa). At 500m there are shops, bars and restaurants of El Colorado.



The house is built of wood (115 m²), located on a private plot of 600m² with private parking. The house has a large terrace overlooking the 9x4 m pool, a spacious and open kitchen-dining-living room with large windows for access and views to the garden and pool. From the dining room there is access to a hall that leads to 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other one has 2 single beds. There is also another single bed available upon request. The house is quite spacious and well lit. The windows have mosquito screens and there is air conditioning.



The kitchen is spacious and has all the appliances (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc). The dining room has a large table for 6 people. The living room has two comfortable sofas, TV. From all the spaces you can access the terrace and enjoy the view of the swimming pool and garden.

The large terrace in front of the pool, has a table for 6 people to enjoy a breakfast or dinner on the barbecue, plus garden furniture to relax and read a book.



There is a garden area for the children to play in. There is also a BBQ area. In front of the terrace is the 9x4m swimming pool with shower, sun beds and relaxing seats.

The house has Wi-Fi. Sheets and towels are included. Extra bed, cot, highchair and other necessities are available for the little ones. There is an extra bed available. Given the size of both bedrooms, the extra bed can be placed in either of the two.
