In the centre of the popular holiday resort Roche and close to the beach lies this exclusive villa with space for 8 people. The bright and with high-quality furniture equipped, barrier-free house consists of a spacious living-dining area with fireplace, a modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The child-friendly villa is also equipped with WLAN, satellite TV, a highchair and a baby cot. Equipped for all seasons, guests are also provided with air conditioning and heating. A parking space is available on the property. The absolute highlight is the outdoor area, which promises relaxing holidays with a private pool, a large, well-kept garden and a covered, furnished terrace equipped with a grill. Thanks to the excellent location, the nearest beach is only 4 minutes’ walk away, shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes.
