This wonderful townhouse located in the Urbanización Atalaya in Conil de la Frontera less than 500 meters from the beach is ideal for 3+2 guests. If you feel like exploring the south of Spain and enjoy the gastronomy of the area, this house is ideal for you. The property has two furnished terraces so that you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with your companions or to extend the evenings. There is also a large communal garden where you can go for a walk. Please note that, although the house is independent, there are neighbors nearby.
The interior of the house has two floors and is designed to provide you with the peace and quiet you deserve. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with AC and Smart TV and the induction cooker is equipped with all the necessary utensils so that you can cook comfortably. There is also a washing machine. On the same floor you will find a toilet. When it's time to sleep, you'll find three bedrooms on the first floor. One with two single beds, one with a double bed and the last with a single bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes. A bathroom with bathtub completes your stay.
The accommodation is located in Urbanización Atalaya, in Conil de la Frontera. It is a picturesque and charming coastal town, with a rich history and a relaxed atmosphere. The old town of Conil retains its traditional Andalusian charm and has an unbeatable gastronomy, famous for its fresh fish and seafood, a lively nightlife. For lovers of hiking can also approach the Natural Park of La Breña and the Marshes of Barbate, where you can enjoy nature. In short, if you are looking for a getaway it is an ideal destination.

Herrliche Lage des Hauses mit einem schönen, ruhigen und sehr gepflegten Gemeinschaftspark, nur wenige Meter durch den Atalaya-Park an die Steilküste und an den Strand oder in die schöne Altstadt von Conil, das Mobiliar im Wohnzimmer könnte allerdings mal modernisiert werden. Direkt gegenüber liegt eine Pizzeria, das hat seine Vor- und Nschteile

Das Highlight ist die sehr gute, Strandnah und ruhige Lage mit einem tollen Ausblick von der Terrasse in den grünen Garten mit den Bäumen. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen könnten bei Gelegenheit mal erneuert werden. Sonst alles fein, gute Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter
