Aba Colonial Tropical Conil

One of Conil’s historic apartments, listed on Airbnb since 2016, had over 180 reviews and held Superhost status for many years. Now that it’s almost always booked by repeat guests who return year after year or through word of mouth, it’s hard to reserve. It stands out for its tranquility, comfort, class, style, and the quality of its furniture, appliances, and kitchenware. It’s perfect for workations and digital nomads who spend extended periods in Conil while surfing, kitesurfing, and working remotely. Its essence is comfort and, of course, its proximity to both the town centre—400 metres away—and the beach—another 400 metres away. And its spacious rooftop terrace, sheltered from the easterly wind, is just a 15-step climb away—the perfect spot for breakfast or dinner. It offers free equipment for paddleboarding, surfing, bodyboarding, horseback riding, biking, or simply relaxing on the beach with chairs and a beach umbrella. You can view the paid activities available at turismoconil.com.
It’s a favourite among digital nomads and for workations.
This apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical single-story Conil house. Renovated in 2015 and improved year after year, it’s just a 4-minute walk from the beach and a 3-minute walk from the town centre.
It’s just one hour from the Seville airport, two hours from the Málaga airport, and just 20 minutes from the Bahía Sur San Fernando train station, which connects to Madrid’s Atocha station.
The apartment is ideal for working during extended stays, as it not only has a strong Wi-Fi connection but also features suitable furniture (chairs and desks) and adequate lighting. You also have access to “Corkerspace,” a coworking space located just 5 minutes from the apartment.
It features a comfortable living room with a TV, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen perfect for long stays, a full bathroom, and two spacious bedrooms—one with three 110-cm beds and the other with a 150-cm bed. All of this with a tropical vibe.
